In this practice we are looking at utilising the energy in the body through minimum effort for maximum return. Technically this class is focused on using the Bandhas, which are physical and energetic actions in the body which make your practice lighter and stronger whilst conserving energy. A powerful practice with strong standing poses, balances and twists as well as a breakdown of mermaid.
